What you are notified about

You are notified about five things, and only those.

A new message in one of your conversations. A new booking on your listing, when you are the host. The confirmation of a booking you made, which arrives at once. A cancellation of a booking. And the outcome of a listing review: the listing was approved and is live, or it was rejected.

A rejected listing arrives with the reason written for it. A cancelled booking arrives with the reason if the other side wrote one.

The notification is written for you the moment the thing happens, even if you are not signed in. It waits until you open it.
