Where your notifications appear

Notifications live in two places, and they are the same notifications in both. On the website there is a bell at the top of the page, and it appears only when you are signed in. Tapping it opens a panel with your latest notifications, newest first.

In the app there is a notifications screen, reached from your profile. The screen splits notifications into tabs: bookings, messages, and your listings. A separate tab shows all of them together.

Tapping a notification takes you to what it is about: the conversation, your list of bookings, or the listing.

The panel on the website shows up to twenty recent notifications. The number on the bell is the true count of your unread notifications, even when it is larger than that.
