Your address is not shown

The full address is stored with us and is not shown on the site. The public listing carries the city and the area only.

The map marker is not the address. The public point is snapped to a grid of about 300 metres, so it shows roughly where.

Your street, house number, internal location and phone number are released the moment the renter has paid and the booking has closed, and only to the renter on that booking.

Somebody who has merely written to you in the chat does not get these details. What releases them is a booking, not a conversation. A cancelled booking closes them again.
