Availability rules
Availability is what makes a listing bookable. Without availability rules, every booking is refused.
Notice decides how close to the start of a rental a booking can still be made. The horizon decides how far ahead one can be made, and the default is 180 days.
For storage you set a minimum and a maximum number of months. The minimum is at least one month, and the maximum can be left empty, which means there is no upper bound.
The units you offer must be units you have priced. A unit with no price cannot be offered.
Storage listings can also allow a renewing rental. It is off by default, and while you have not turned it on it is not offered on your listing.
