Bookings on your listing

A booking on your listing closes without you doing anything. The renter books and pays, and when the payment goes through the space is taken and you are notified.

You have no approve button and no decline button. That is a product decision: parking and storage are rented immediately, with nobody left waiting for an answer.

The moment the booking closes, your exact address, the internal location and your phone number are released to that booking's renter, and to nobody else.

If you cannot honour a booking, cancel it from the bookings page. Cancelling releases the dates at once, the renter is notified and receives a full refund, and it is worth writing a short reason.

So two settings matter more than they did: the listing's availability — minimum and maximum duration, how far in advance and how far ahead — and your own blocks on the calendar. What you set is what can be booked, and there is no step afterwards at which you correct it.
