Wallet and earnings

What a host receives from each booking, what is deducted, and when the money is available.

Where the renter's payment goes

The renter pays Peelpel by card when booking, through the clearing company SUMIT. They do not pay you directly.

From each payment Peelpel deducts a platform commission of 18%. The rest is yours.

The money is held until the rental ends (for a monthly rental, until the end of each paid month); then it is available for transfer at once and is paid to you by bank transfer.

What the earnings screen shows

In the app, in the hosts' area, there is an earnings screen. It sums up the bookings on your listings — and every booking that closed has been paid, because a booking closes only when the payment goes through.

It also breaks the amount down by listing.

What you receive from each booking is the payment less the 18% platform commission, and it becomes available for transfer when the rental ends.

There is no such screen on the site. There every booking appears on the bookings page, with its amount.

What the earnings screen shows

Where the amount on a booking comes from

The amount is recorded on the booking the moment it closed, at the price the listing showed then.

It is frozen. Changing the tariff on the listing does not change an existing booking.

On a renewing monthly subscription each month is charged separately at the same monthly price, and the commission is deducted from each charge.

When the money reaches you

A booking closes only when the renter's payment goes through, so every booking that closed has been paid.

The money is not transferred to you during the rental. It is held until the rental ends, then becomes available at once and is paid by bank transfer.

A booking that was cancelled and refunded to the renter pays you nothing.

Is anything deducted from the amount

Yes. From each payment Peelpel deducts a platform commission of 18%.

The commission is deducted from the amount the renter paid, not added to their price. The renter pays the price you published.

What remains after the deduction is the amount paid to you.
