Before you write
Many questions already have an answer in the Help Centre — especially “Why isn't my listing showing?”, “Can I book through the site?” and “What happens to the storage units and parking spaces I saved?”.
Reporting a listing? First read the Reporting Policy, so you know which details to include and what happens to the report.
How long it takes
We answer in the order messages arrive. Messages about suspected fraud, danger or personal data move to the front of the queue.
Is a person or property in immediate danger? Call the police. Peelpel is not an emergency service and is no substitute for one.
